Sun, Moon and Venus in Taurus in the 10th house: talent at the core

He was born on a new moon in Taurus, with Venus in the same sign, in his 10th house of career. His whole identity revolves around his success and his talent. Taurus is the body, the voice, sensuality. Dancing, singing, seducing: it's innate. And Taurus has stamina: despite everything, his career has never stopped.

Leo rising: the showman

Leo rising is the stage, the spectacle, the need to be admired. Chris Brown is a complete performer who grew up idolizing Michael Jackson.

Mars in Cancer in the 12th house: anger that turns against him

This is the most delicate point in his chart. Mars, the planet of anger and action, is in Cancer, in the 12th house of the unconscious and what slips out of our control. It's anger that isn't mastered, coming from old wounds, often family ones, and it ends up sabotaging him. He has spoken himself about the violence he witnessed as a child. In 2009, he was convicted of assaulting Rihanna, his girlfriend at the time. The 12th house shows what hasn't been healed yet, and what it costs when it isn't.

Mercury and Jupiter in Gemini in the 11th house: fans and collaborations

In the 11th house of friends and networks, Mercury and Jupiter bring a huge fan base and endless collaborations. He's one of the most prolific artists in R&B.

North Node in Pisces in the 8th house: the mission of transformation

His North Node is in Pisces, in the 8th house of deep transformation. His life mission is to go down into his own depths to heal, instead of repeating.

The bottom line

Taurus talent that lights up any stage, a Leo showman, and hidden anger in the 12th house that remains his biggest work in progress.
